Who is the Data Controller?

For what purpose do we use/process your personal data?

We process all information provided by users in order to manage their requests and send them communications (including by electronic means) about news or commercial offers that may be of interest to them.


In the contact forms on the Website, users must complete the fields marked as “mandatory.” If a user does not provide all the personal data required by ScentXP, the user’s request may not receive a complete response from ScentXP


How long do we keep your personal data?
Personal data provided by users is kept until the user requests its deletion. On what legal basis do we process your data? The legal basis for processing data is the users’ consent, granted
when they provide their information and accept this privacy policy.
